Analog-Style Clipping & Driving
Cactus delivers analog-style clipping that blends the punch of hardware limiters with the warmth of subtle saturation. Its variable knee and additional saturation circuit helps you shape everything from soft, rounded edges to hard, tape-like slam.
Linkable I/O and Intuitive Metering
Cactus's linked input and output controls automatically balance the level of your processed signal with your original audio, so you can focus on shaping your sound without worrying about gain staging. The visually intuitive metering system gives you real-time feedback on your signal's dynamic reduction. Don't mix with your eyes... but a sanity check has never looked this good.

The companion to its bigger brother, the Cactus Clipper and Saturator, the Prickly Clip is an extremely quick and dirty, no-nonsense clipper with the simple goal of being the best and easiest to use clipper ever made. Plus with in/out link, the Prickly Clip can give you honest results that show you a genuine end result instantly.
Small size, big bite
Prickly Clip keeps it simple with just the essentials. Drive your signal with the Input knob, balance it with Output, and hit Link to keep levels steady as you push into clipping. The Mix control lets you blend in just the right amount for parallel grit, while Oversampling cleans up the highs when you need it. Save your favourite moves in the preset menu and get busy clipping! Oh, and don't be afraid to poke around the screws... Prickly isn't all hard edges!

With modern controls such as oversampling and parallel mix functions, Prickly and Cactus are a powerful pair for anything you throw their way. There are also input and output meters, along with a preset bar so you can save and recall that perfect setting you dialled in.
