8k isn’t just an EQ, it’s the sound of that classic console being pushed. Alongside the fixed 8kHz high shelf, the plug-in models the input stage of two classic console variants, capturing the subtle saturation, density, and forwardness that happens before the EQ ever touches the signal. Use it as a tone move, a presence lift, or both.
All you need, right in the canvas
Like all Canvas Audio plug-ins, 8K comes with 4x oversampling. There are also input/output linking and mix options. Once you’ve dialed in your favourite setting, save it as a preset or grab one of ours to get inspired!
