ShaneRoss is a producer, engineer, creative director and founder whose work sits at the intersection of music, and creative development. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Illuminote Legacy Group, he leads a growing creative organisation spanning music production, artist development, branding and culture through ventures including Illuminote Records, House of Illuminote and the Authority Line. At the centre of that work is a simple philosophy: 'Legacy isn’t given. It’s engineered' That philosophy extends directly into his approach to music. As a producer and engineer, ShaneRoss has developed a sound built around weight, atmosphere, rhythm and character balancing technical precision with the instinctive decisions that make records feel powerful. His production work crosses hip-hop, R&B, electronic music, house, dancehall and globally influenced sounds, with an emphasis on creating records that feel distinctive rather than formulaic.

MENACE
From uneasy to unholy.
MENACE is a one-knob creative FX plugin built to drag ordinary sounds into darker territory. As the MENACE control rises, the signal progressively darkens, saturates, destabilises, widens and descends, introducing deep pitch-shifted character inspired by the possessed tonal treatment of Dark Authority. At lower settings, MENACE adds subtle shadow and weight. Push further and harmonics thicken, movement creeps in and the stereo image begins to spread. At maximum intensity, a deeper pitch-shifted layer gives the source an ominous, almost demonic presence while controlled filtering, saturation and clipping keep the transformation musical. Designed for melodies, pianos, bells, guitars, synths, samples, pads and vocals, MENACE gives producers instant access to a darker version of their sound without pages of controls.
