ShaneRoss is a producer, engineer, creative director and founder whose work sits at the intersection of music, and creative development. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Illuminote Legacy Group, he leads a growing creative organisation spanning music production, artist development, branding and culture through ventures including Illuminote Records, House of Illuminote and the Authority Line. At the centre of that work is a simple philosophy: 'Legacy isn’t given. It’s engineered' That philosophy extends directly into his approach to music. As a producer and engineer, ShaneRoss has developed a sound built around weight, atmosphere, rhythm and character balancing technical precision with the instinctive decisions that make records feel powerful.
